Accessing Your Proofs
How do I find my photograph once the event is available for viewing?
You can access the photographs by choosing your event, entering your "Bib" number and/or your name.
What if I forgot my "Bib" number?
Enter your full name directly below the area designed for the "Bib" number, style exactly as you registered in the event. Example: Your name is Robert, but you registered as Bob. If you need further assistance, please email info@sportphoto.com with the event, event date and your name.
How long will it take for my event to appear on-line?
Events typically appear online within the 3 business days following an event. If you have not found your event online, please email info@sportphoto.com with the event, event date and your name.
I entered my "Bib" number into the website but there are no individual proof(s) of me; and/or only a Start Photo?
We initially email all the participants with an active email address even though we may not have identified a personal proof of them. We try to photograph 100% of all the participants; however, sometimes we are unable to correctly identify all the proof images. Participants are encouraged to look through the Lost & Found; unidentified proofs are placed into defined categories.
I entered my "Bib" number but the proof(s) that appears are not me?
Occasionally, we mistakenly identify a wrong "Bib" number; either because the number appears to be another number (3, 5, 8); or possibly miss-keyed. Please try entering a similar looking numbers; it may be filed under the wrong number, or look at one of the categories in the "Lost & Found". HINT: If you remember a runner who finished close or next to you, type in their "Bib" number or email info@sportphoto.com and we will attempt to help you find proof(s) of you.
I was photographed in front of the "Banners", but I don’t see that proof(s)?
We may not have been able to correctly identify you by your "Bib" number; if you were photographed with a friend, check their "Bib" number, or check the "Lost & Found" and select your category that may be appropriate to you.
Can I have my picture removed from your website?
We can remove your bib number from being queued, however, we can not physically remove any images. If you would like to have your bib number removed, please email info@sportphoto.com with the event, event date and your name.

Will the photo I receive have similar quality to the one I see in the proof on the screen or in my mailer?
The proofs you see online and in the mail order forms are lower quality and resolution than the actual images from which enlargements are printed. This technology allows visitors to the web site to view images which load up quickly, even over slow Internet connections, while still allowing our customers to receive top-quality prints.
How will the photograph be cropped for enlargements?
As photographs are enlarged, the height/width ratio changes, so the print you receive may require cropping from the pictures' edges. To ensure to receive your desired results, we strongly suggest that you "Crop" your image yourself with our "Zoom & Crop" function.
What type of process is used to print the photos?
All images are printed professionally on the highest-quality photo paper.
Is my credit card safe to submit online? Is your website secure?
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
How do I obtain permission to use photos for editorial or advertising purposes?
All images are copyright protected. You should contact Sport Photo requesting permission to use the photos.
